After battling Primary Pulmonary Hypertension-veno occlusive for sixteen months, Jason died peacefully at home with his family and friend. He leaves behind his mum, dad and big sister Charlene, his two nan's and grandad, aunts, uncles and cousinsand best friends, Jermaine aka Twista, Makesi aka Twiz, Simon, Jason, Marvin, Wayne and Darren.
As well as all his other friends from school, football, work, college, uni and church. He was loved by so many and taken so early. R.I.P JJ aka Lawz.
The Carter Family are holding a memorial service for Jason on Saturday 5th April 2008 for details please contact the family x
